1.Putna Manastire - situata in localitatea Putna, este cunoscuta ca prima ctitorie a domnitorului Stefan cel Mare si locul unde odihneste trupul acestuia. Din sec 15 pana azi s-a impus ca un important centru spiritual si cultural. De vizitat muzeul manastirii, biserica ce adaposteste mormintele domnitorului si a urmasilor acestuia si turnul tezaurului, singurul care s-a pastrat intact din secolul 15. Sucevita Manastire- se afla in loc Sucevita, a fost construita de fratii Movila intre anii 1582 si 1584, aceasta manastire fortificata e poate cea mai frumoasa din Moldova prin picturile sale exterioare si interioare. Manastirea face parte din patrimoniul UNESCO. De vizitat mai ales biserica pictata pe exterior in nuante de verde, curtea inerioara si imprejurimile deosebit de pitoresti. 3. Moldovita Manastire - Ctitoria domnitorului Petru Rares din 1532 a fost pictata cu remarcabile fresce in 1537. Aceasta e cea mai mare biserica din perioada de maxima inflorire a stilului de arhitectura si pictura specific moldoveneasca. In interiorul manastirii se afla un mic muzeu de arta medieval. 4. Voronet Manastire - supranumita si "Capela Sixtina a Orientului" also named "Eastern Sixtine Chapel". It was founded in 1488 by the Moldavian ruler, Stephan the Great and it was built in the Moldavian style of that period. it was built by great voivode Michael the Brave, instead of an old church.
It had strong defense walls and royal houses that later were used as residence
